Moby Lick

My take of Moby Lick from the cartoon tv series "Street Sharks". I have always thought Moby Lick like the "anti-hero" in Street Sharks, somewhat of like "Venom" in spiderman. And so I decided to have him as if he just escaped from the prison and thus the attire he is in.
